Set Up New Water Service
Please contact the District’s water operator, h2o Innovation, at (281) 353-9756 to set up new service or by visiting their office at
27335 West Hardy Rd #101, Spring TX 77373, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
As part of the application process, proof of ownership (i.e. HCAD statement, current mortgage statement, or closing documents) or non-owners, a lease must be provided to assure the account is being set-up in the proper name or names. The name on ownership or lease paperwork MUST be the same name that the account will be setup in.
Payment Options
The Board of Directors of Louetta Road UD are pleased to announce that we have a number of ways to pay your water bill. Some of the payment options have fees associated with them. The fees are charged to the customers who use the service and are paid by the customer directly to the service provider. Here are the ways you may pay your water bill:
- Online Bill-Payment
If your account is past due and scheduled for disconnection, additional fees will not update for 24 hours on-line.
If your account is past due, please call in with your confirmation number.
Once you have established a user name and password, you are able to view your account information and pay your water bill by debit/credit card or electronic check online. Please note that you will be charged a 3% processing fee when paying with a debit/credit card. Also, when paying with an electronic check, you will be charged a $1.00 per transaction fee.

Make a one time payment by Debit/Credit Card by calling our Customer Care Department at 281-353-9756. Please note that you will be charged a 5% processing fee when paying with a debit/credit card. - Monthly Auto-Pay from your checking account or your credit card
Set up a monthly Debit from your checking account or from your credit card for payment of your utility bill by signing up on line. You will need to set up a user name and password for your account if one has not already been established.
Please note that all such fees are added by a third party processor and NOT by your District or by h2o Innovation.
Please note that neither the District nor the Providers listed above will be responsible for your payments being late. It is recommended that you contact h2o Innovation’s office to pay any bill that is unpaid and has a due date within two days. Call h2o Innovation at (281) 353-9756 for further information.
Smart Water Meters
Now you can view your water usage in few easy steps with EyeOnWater:
- Visit https://eyeonwater.com/signup on your computer using a supported web browser.
- Enter your service area zip code: XXXXX
- Enter your billing account number as shown on your billing statement: 20130-xxxxxxxxxx
- Click Next
- Verify that your NAME is correct, then click Next
- Enter your name and email address.
- Create and confirm a password.
- You will get a confirmation email from BEACON. You must verify your email address by clicking on this link. Once you do, you can sign in using your email and password.

EyeOnWater! Mobile App:
- Go to the App Store on your Android or iPhone and search for “eye on water.”
(Note if using an iPad make sure to select iPhone only from the drop-down menu) - Download the free App to your iPhone or Android Phone.
- Open the App.
- Tap on the Sign-Up button.
- Enter your Zip Code.
- Enter your Account ID. (exactly as it appears on the bill)
- Verify that it is the correct account located & select “Yes, That’s Me” or “Go back”
- Enter Your Name
- Enter a valid e-mail address.
- Create a password.
- Verify that you have read the Terms of Service.
- Tap on the Submit button.
- An email will be sent to the address you provided.
- Click or tap on the “Click Here” in the email to verify it is valid.
- Then select that you have verified your email.
- You can now sign in to your account.
