Louetta Road Utility District is currently contracted with C3 Constructors to remove and replace its 210,000 gallon steel ground storage tank as part of their capital improvement plan, originally built in 1973, within the Water Plant No. 1 Site located near 5200 Woodville (small ground storage tank closest to the Clubhouse parking lot).   The contractor is expected to mobilize the first week of October 2026 to begin working on the following:

  1. Disassemble existing tank (1 to 2 week duration)
  2. Form and pour concrete foundation for new ground storage tank (2 to 3 week duration)
  3. Construct new ground storage tank (4 to 5 week duration)
  4. Reconnect piping (1 week duration)
